SUMMARY OF POSITION: The second shift load crew is responsible for the accurate picking and loading of orders for route sales delivery the following day.
EDUCATION (OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE): High school diploma or GED required.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: No licenses or certifications are required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous forklift or pallet jack operation is preferred.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES ("SKA") REQUIRED:
- Ability to learn to use forklift and pallet jack
- Must be able to lift 20 to 40 lbs. consistently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally
WORKING CONDITIONS: The environmental conditions under which the employee must perform the functions/tasks of this position include indoor warehouse with occasional need to go outside to move trucks into the building.
